Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is issued by EG PRIME LLC, operator of WinFIT. It explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform where you originally subscribed (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until that period ends. Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided.

2. Free Trials

If you enroll in a free trial, you will have access to premium features for the duration of the trial period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the price and billing frequency disclosed at the time of enrollment.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires. You can cancel through your account settings or through the app store where you subscribed.

3. Refunds

In general, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional cases such as mistaken charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevented intended use of the Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, contact support@winfitapp.com and include:

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. App Store Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are managed directly by the platform under its own policies.

We cannot directly issue store-managed refunds, but we can guide you through the process. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play through your purchase history.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription plan, we will provide you with advance notice (via email or in-app notification) before the change takes effect. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing period following the notice. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you reside in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content purchases. This right may not apply if you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, as may be presented during the subscription process.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Legal Rights

We respect applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Where a refund is legally required, we will comply with applicable law.
