Community Guidelines

WinFIT is a community built around personal style, self-expression, and mutual respect. These Community Guidelines apply to all content and interactions on the Service, including posts, comments, group chats, profile information, and any other user-generated content.
By using WinFIT, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Be Respectful
- Treat other users with kindness and respect.
- Constructive feedback about outfits is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Do not bully, harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
- Do not discriminate or direct hate speech toward anyone based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
2. Keep It Appropriate
- Do not post nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence.
- Do not post content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.
- WinFIT is used by people aged 13 and older. All content should be appropriate for this audience.
3. Be Authentic
- Only post content that you own or have the right to share.
- Do not impersonate other people, brands, or organizations.
- Do not create fake accounts or misleading profiles.
- Do not post misleading or deceptive content.
4. No Spam or Manipulation
- Do not post spam, repetitive content, or unsolicited promotions.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
- Do not artificially inflate engagement (likes, followers, comments) through fake accounts or coordinated behavior.
- Do not solicit personal information from other users.
5. Respect Privacy
- Do not share other people's personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) without their consent.
- Do not share private conversations or screenshots from group chats without the consent of participants.
- Do not post photos of others without their permission.
6. No Illegal Activity
- Do not use WinFIT for any illegal purpose.
- Do not promote illegal activities, substances, or services.
- Do not sell, trade, or advertise counterfeit goods.
7. Respect Intellectual Property
- Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
8. Reporting Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, you can report it directly in the app:
- Posts: Tap the three-dot menu on any post and select "Report Post."
- Comments: Long-press a comment and select "Report Comment."
- Messages: Long-press a message and tap the flag icon.
- Users: Visit their profile and use the report option.
You can also report issues by emailing support@winfitapp.com with details about the content or user in question.
All reports are reviewed by our team. We take every report seriously and handle them confidentially.
9. Enforcement
We enforce these guidelines consistently and fairly. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:
- Content Removal: The offending content is removed from the Service.
- Warning: You receive a warning about the violation.
- Temporary Suspension: Your account is temporarily suspended (typically 7–30 days).
- Permanent Ban: Your account is permanently terminated for severe or repeated violations.
Severe violations (such as threats of violence, exploitation of minors, or illegal activity) may result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
10. Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing support@winfitapp.com with:
- Your account email address.
- A description of the content or action in question.
- Why you believe the decision was incorrect.
We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.
11. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised guidelines.
