Creator Program Terms

By submitting the application form, you agree to all the clauses below.

1.Free access conditions

WinFIT grants you free premium access for as long as you submit at least one valid post per 7-day period via your Creator dashboard. A valid post must:

• be hosted on TikTok or Instagram (YouTube Shorts also accepted),
• mention @winfit.ai in the caption (or have @winfit.ai tagged in the post),
• show or mention the WinFIT app,
• be authored by the social handle you declared at sign-up,
• be less than 30 days old at submission time,
• remain online and unedited as long as it counts toward your compliance.

If 10 days elapse without a valid post, your free access is automatically suspended. You can reactivate it instantly by submitting a fresh valid post — you keep your code and pending earnings.

2.Compensation

You earn 10 USD per yearly WinFIT subscription purchased by a friend who used your referral code. Monthly subscriptions, trials, and lifetime plans do not qualify.

3.Validation window

Each conversion enters a 30-day validation period covering Apple's refund window and chargeback hold. A reward becomes payable only after this period has passed without refund or chargeback, AND once Apple has settled the underlying purchase to us.

If the underlying subscription is refunded, cancelled, or charged back during this period, the reward is voided permanently.

4.Clawback

If a reward is paid out and the underlying purchase is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding amount is deducted from your future payouts. If you have no future earnings, your free access is revoked but you do not owe a personal refund.

5.What's prohibited

Any of the following voids all pending earnings, terminates your free access, and may trigger legal recovery:

• Self-referral. Buying a yearly subscription with your own referral code, including via a different Apple ID, device, IP address, or payment card.
• Cross-referral rings. Coordinating with other creators to convert each other's codes.
• Stolen or fraudulent payment methods used to drive conversions to your code.
• Editing or deleting a post after it has been used to validate a compliance period.
• Reusing or reposting content authored by another creator.
• Multiple creator accounts. One person = one email = one creator account.
• False declarations of follower count, niche, country, or social handles.
• Posts that omit the @winfit.ai mention at submission OR at any of our weekly automated revalidations.

6.Right to revoke

WinFIT may suspend or revoke your access and void all pending payouts, at any time, without prior notice, in case of suspected violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. Resolutions of contested cases are at our sole discretion.

7.Taxes

You are responsible for declaring earnings to your local tax authority. We will provide an annual statement if you exceed 600 USD in cumulative payouts within a calendar year.

8.Personal data

We collect your email, social handles, country, IP address, browser fingerprint, and device user agent for the sole purpose of operating the program and preventing fraud. Retention: up to 3 years after termination of your participation. You can request deletion at any time at support@winfitapp.com (subject to legal retention obligations).

9.Modifications

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to participate after the effective date means you accept the new version.

10.Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. EG PRIME LLC operates the WinFIT Creator Program from Newark, DE.
